Location: We are a SEND Inclusive school that serves pupils with various needs, and our school is not tied to a specific location.
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (not pro rata)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Role Overview:
As a Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our school. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in educational leadership, particularly in the field of SEN, with expertise in SEMH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the school
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs, primarily Autism, with the ability to effectively support associated learning needs
- Contribute to the establishment of a successful and vibrant learning environment in a brand-new school setting
- Be actively involved in the school community, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking an experienced Headteacher with a strong background in dealing with Special Educational Needs, primarily Autism, and associated learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership and a deep understanding of the SEN sector.
