Job Title: Head of Special Education

The role of the Head of Special Education at SEND Inclusion Support is to lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of a brand-new SEN school in Amesbury, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will start in January 2025 (negotiable) and be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for up to 42 pupils.

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced Headteacher with a proven track record in educational leadership. Key responsibilities include leading the establishment of a successful and vibrant learning environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and contributing to the development of effective strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, primarily Autism.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the development of children with Special Educational Needs. Additional benefits include life assurance, a pension scheme, access to mental health support services, physical health checks, and diverse health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits.
