Special Needs Education Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Weymouth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced SEN staff and teachers to develop individualized learning plans and monitor student progress.
">The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEN practices, a patient and adaptable approach to meeting individual needs, and a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Key Responsibilities- Support students with SEN in classroom tasks and activities
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to implement individualized learning plans

- Prior experience working with students with SEN, ideally in a teaching assistant or similar role
- Strong understanding of SEN practices and principles
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo)
