Learning and Development Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child, supporting them to reach their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include providing one-to-one support to a student, assisting with learning activities, and contributing to the development of an inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff to ensure the student's social and emotional needs are met, and that they receive the best possible education.
A background in special educational needs or a related field would be beneficial, but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to our students.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
