Learning Support Assistant

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
**Job Description:** In this full-time position, you will provide tailored support to SEN students, assisting them with classroom tasks, social skills, and personal development. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement individualized learning plans and monitor student progress.
**Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support to SEN students, enhancing their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure cohesive support and a positive learning experience.
- Prior experience working with SEN students, preferably in a teaching assistant or similar support role.
- A strong understanding of SEN practices, with a patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to individual student needs.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the check).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
