**Job Summary:**
Austin Fraser is seeking a Country Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to the legal department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Salary Details: £25,000 per annum (based on average of £23,000 - £26,000)
Key Accountabilities:
- Document Management: Ensure accurate and efficient management of legal documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all legal and client information.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, take messages, and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Paperwork and Forms: Prepare necessary paperwork and court forms for legal proceedings.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to assist with case preparation.
- Dictation and Audio Typing: Utilize dictation and audio typing skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Expense Management: Manage and submit expenses related to legal processes and travel.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar administrative role.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols.
- Technical Skills: Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using office software such as MS Office.
