Sales Manager for European Markets

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales operations, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the EMEA region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, hospitals, contractors, architects, specifiers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a medical capital equipment or complex engineering systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- A competitive basic salary of approximately £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
