About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Direct Services team in Leeds. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support to practitioners and managers, promoting and delivering services aimed at providing help and support directly to vulnerable children and families with complex risks and needs.

About the Team

The Hub Team comprises of 9 Practitioners, 2 Team Managers, 1 Senior Administrator, 1 Regional Relationship Manager, 1 part-time Administrator and 1 Assistant Director. We are committed to creating and fostering a society that promotes mutual respect and truly values individuality and difference.

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to practitioners and managers
  • Support the delivery of services aimed at providing help and support directly to vulnerable children and families
  • Work collaboratively with the Hub Team to promote and deliver services
