We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator/Operations Assistant to join our team at LMA Recruitment. As an experienced Office Manager/PA, you will play a vital role in supporting our rapidly growing start-up company within the financial and environmental sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Front-of-House Duties: Greet visitors, offer refreshments, and ensure a warm welcome.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Manage incoming deliveries, coordinate distribution, and arrange travel for the investment team.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events to foster team engagement and collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling committee meetings, support the on-boarding process, and handle various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Minute Taking: Take minutes during select meetings.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contracts with mobile providers and ensure they are up to date.
  • Health and Safety: Participate in health and safety processes and risk assessments.

  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
  • Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment where processes may still be in development.
  • Initiative-driven with the ability to take ownership and complete tasks effectively.
  • Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager.
