My client, a prestigious financial services firm based in Mayfair, London, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Secretary and Operations Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry, providing crucial support to the senior management team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Operations Support: Assist with the coordination of office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing facilities, and liaising with service providers.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and manage company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.
