Job Title: Business Support Manager - AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Support Manager to lead our AI-driven business support initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met, business objectives are aligned with AI solutions, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing Business Support team to support AI-driven projects and solutions.
  • Work closely with the development team to design, implement, and refine AI-driven solutions tailored to customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead customer-facing engagements, identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, and shape the project pipeline to align with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Development, and Product Management to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven business solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of AI solutions, ensuring KPIs and customer expectations are met, and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Business Support, Customer Success, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with AI-driven solutions, machine learning applications, or advanced analytics.
  • Experience leading a customer-facing team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines.
