Role Summary

In the capacity of Manager of Business Systems Support, you will oversee a team of four professionals dedicated to supporting the CDW Subscription Hub (developed on the CloudBlue platform), Astea, and Release Management. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will actively participate in support activities while managing your team.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including project teams, product managers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver optimal support for the platforms under your supervision.
  • Engage with Business Systems to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and align with ongoing production enhancements.
  • Assist product owners in the continuous assessment and improvement of their platforms and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the first line of support for internal and customer inquiries, escalating issues to suppliers as necessary for further resolution.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the CloudBlue and Astea platforms, related products, and support processes through training and self-directed learning.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for the CDW Subscription Hub / CloudBlue for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organization, including Sales, Finance, and Managed Services.
  • Support Product Managers in the creation of service bundles.
  • Guide and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers onto the CDW Subscription Hub platform, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, offering technical assistance, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing for CDW Subscription Hub services, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of the CDW Subscription Hub platform, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices to assist customers and internal teams in effectively utilizing the CDW Subscription Hub platform.

Management Duties

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor performance, support development, and complete the coworker lifecycle process in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain talent, ensuring that CDW UK is recognized as a desirable workplace.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance productivity and readiness.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in leading small teams that support XaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar capacity, preferably within a SaaS or XaaS environment.

Essential Attributes
