Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support professional to join our team on a 6-month contract basis in West Cumbria. This role involves supporting the Timekeeper with timesheet uploads, ensuring accurate cost allocations, and maintaining staff records.
About the Role
This is a highly motivated position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and work independently as well as in a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading timesheets, processing staff overtime sheets, and cross-referencing allocation sheets with clocking machine reports.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent timekeeping skills, computer literacy, and a proactive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be honest, reliable, and professional, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
