**Job Overview**:

- Responsible for the day to day facilitation and supervision of all Reception Staff and associated functions across the Cumbrian Collaboration.
- Ensuring all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed scopes, protocols, timescales and providing cover for Receptionists as and when required.
- Our aim is to surpass expectation within all our given disciplines.

**Main Duties**

The Reception Supervisor's overall role is to communicate organisational needs, oversee Receptionists performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between Receptionists, Mitie and the Client so that each is successful.
- To effectively manage a team of Receptionists across the Cumbrian Collaboration.
- Oversee daily duties of Receptionists to ensure that quality standards are being met and scopes are being followed.
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and / or disputes.
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Performance analyses of Receptionists.
- Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments.
- Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

**What we are looking for**:
Excellent customer service and good communication skills are vital to this role. Reception Supervisor must ensure that company policies and standards are followed. As Reception Supervisor you will also have administrative duties, such as coordinating work schedules, and monitoring staff performance.

- Must have Administration skills and experience
- Confident, dedicated and diplomatic
- Professional appearance and outlook at all times
- Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Experience of multi-tasking / adaptability
- Must have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
- First class communication skills
- Committed and reliable
- Takes ownership - able to work without constant direction
- Demonstrates knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements associated to the Receptionist role
- Able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions / procedures
