This Contract Administrator position at Westlakes Recruit offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive administrator to provide key support to our team. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Uploading timesheets/hours onto software.
- Coordinating allocation sheets to ensure timely submission and receipt.
- Reconciling weekly hours worked/paid, as well as following up on missing approvals.
- Maintaining records of absences, sickness, and holidays.
- Processing staff overtime sheets.
