Business Support Coordinator

**Job Objectives & Responsibilities**
**Main Duties**
- Co-ordinating Mitie Helpdesk information, logging of work orders, allocation to relevant operational teams, progress reporting, escalation and completion ensuring provision of all relevant service records.
- Completing and logging of PPM work orders, progress reporting, escalation and completion ensuring provision of all relevant service records.
- Regular reporting of KPI data to proactively support performance and facilitate mitigation process from operational reports for review and submission.
- Collation of management information including monthly and quarterly reports.
- To maintain a customer focus at all times, taking a proactive approach to customer liaison and ensuring concerns are resolved or relayed to to line management to allocation of ownership and direction.
- General administration including:
- Preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, report and minutes.
- Arranging meetings and venues.
- Collation and maintaining office files/records.
- Maintaining office and service consumables.
- Tracking of Task Orders
- Handle routine and other delegated matters on behalf of Manger.
- Producing quotes; raising, tracking and approving purchase orders and invoices.
- Co-ordinating the provision of any temporary hires.
- Co-ordinating contract audit requirements ensuring progress is reported and escalated when necessary.
- Collation and processing of cost credits.
- Collate, record and monitor annual leave and absence management.
**Person Specification**
**Qualifications**:
Qualified to a minimum of GCSE level, Math's and English are essential. NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration
Experience
Relevant administrative experience would be desirable.
Additional Skills
High standard of computer literacy and Microsoft Office.
**Personal Attributes**
Must be a dynamic and self driven individual with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
