**The Opportunity**:
As a Labour Resource Coordinator, the main purpose of the role is to coordinate the full blu collar KAEFER workforce on the Sellafield site. The operatives span across multiple disciplines of scaffold, rope access, asbestos removal, insulation and
rigging.

Responsibility will involve, but not be limited to:
> Source detail from KAEFER Supervisors, Project Managers and Client directly to generate weekly distributed plans for c. 300 Blue Collar Operatives
> Covering Maintenance and Project Work across 5no. Disciplines
> Produce Resource Allocation Confirmation Sheets and maintain log
> Ensure Early Warnings and CE’s (NEC3/4 compliant) are produced if client withdraws requirement after confirmation
> Manage and level resource requirements over long term, managing peaks and troughs of labour requirements
> Communicating with multiple parties and ability to prioritise tasks
> Create weekly resource graphs detailing delta between allocated and available workforce
> Innovative and challenging mindset to enhance the current planning methodologies

**The Person**:
Essential:
> Ability to attain SC clearance

Desirable:
> Previous planning experience
> Experience viewing and collecting information from CEMAR
