Account Manager

Join NOVUS Recruitment in this exciting opportunity to grow and develop accounts with a well-established food business.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage existing and grow new accounts with a leading food business in St Albans. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Commercial Plan for each customer, working closely with the New Product Development and Business Development teams, and ensuring customer retention through regular updates and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of existing and growing new accounts
  • Development of the Commercial Plan for each customer
  • Collaboration with New Product Development and Business Development teams
  • Regular updates with the Head of Sales on commercial progress
  • Constant communication with customers and acting on feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in food sales and experience in managing commercial relationships. You should be able to work closely with the Development team to understand product development and provide regular updates to the Head of Sales.
