Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer satisfaction, is adept at managing customer accounts, and is skilled in generating new business leads. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
  2. Generating new business leads and opportunities to expand customer base
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success
  6. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
  7. Utilising CRM systems to track interactions, sales, and account statuses
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service and account management
  • Strong lead generation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Sales or account management experience is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
