We are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand products, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Our company is headquartered in central Bradford and has four dedicated office spaces across the globe.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our team in Bradford. This role involves generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base through cold calling and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers and pass on leads to sales colleagues
- Generate new B2B sales leads through cold calling and database management
- Organise call-back diaries and update CRM system
- Closing sales opportunities when they arise
- Help grow our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role
- Enthusiastic, confident, articulate, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on feet
