**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Bradford. This exciting opportunity will involve developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and achieving growth targets set by the company.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our network and customer base
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions

**Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management, preferably in the furniture or sustainable practices industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team

**Salary and Benefits:** The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension contributions.
