We are looking for a talented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at World Fuel Services. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing business customers in the UK and arranging appointments to sell corporate energy solutions.

Job Description
  • Build relationships with new and existing business customers in the UK.
  • Arrange appointments to sell corporate energy solutions.
  • Liaise daily with New Business Executives to discuss updates, plans, and targets.
  • Qualify companies accurately and ensure decision-makers are reached.
  • Deliver professional sales pitches to convince prospects to meet with NBEs, discussing Kinect Energy's services and products.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Achieve all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the company database with accurate information daily.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required by the company.

Requirements
  • Work experience in B2B sales roles (telesales or face-to-face sales) is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills are vital.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are crucial.
  • Data inputting experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office awareness and experience, are essential.
  • Negotiation skills and tenacity in making sales calls (warm and cold calls) are essential.
  • A results-driven approach is necessary.
  • Strong numeracy and analysis skills to manage pricing and supplier negotiations are essential.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
