Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Professional to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, expanding our customer base, and identifying opportunities to grow our pipeline of potential sales.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify leads, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue. You will also be responsible for updating our CRM system and organizing call-back diaries.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role. You will be enthusiastic, confident, articulate, and possess great interpersonal skills. You will also be ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious with an excellent telephone manner.

The salary for this position is up to £40,000 plus commission (uncapped), OTE £100k. Benefits include massage chairs, opportunity to progress, central Bradford location, 28 days holidays, full training and induction, and as much tea and coffee as you can drink. Company pension scheme available.
