Your Role

As a key member of our team at the Cleckheaton branch, you will play a crucial part in helping clients achieve their property goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction
  • Develop lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, providing expert guidance throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, supporting business growth and development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an estate agent or property sales environment as a Sales Negotiator
  • Motivation and drive, with a passion for sales and property
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £25,000 (DOE), with potential earnings up to £30,000 OTE through a generous bonus scheme

  • A flexible working schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with only one Saturday every three weeks
