Job Description: As a Sales Consultant at CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd, you will be responsible for developing close relationships with vendors and potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, arranging valuations and discussing terms of service.
  • Coordinate the listing process, including valuations, photography, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare necessary documents, including sale brochures and vendor copies.
  • Carry out property matches and establish target applicant bases.
  • Liaise with vendors to arrange viewing appointments and gather feedback from applicants.
  • Efficiently manage the offer process, communicating offers in writing and assisting in negotiations.
  • Take the lead role in progressing sales, chasing parties involved weekly, and setting completion dates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential sales or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of working towards targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong IT skills and comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
