Sales Manager for Territory Expansion

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our territory expansion efforts. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of hunting new business opportunities and possess a consultative sales approach. Your background in face-to-face, field sales is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Sales Follow-up: Utilize provided data to follow up on sales leads and develop them into potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Understand client needs and present our supply/collection solutions as the best choice.
- CRM Management: Accountable for timely and accurate completion of all CRM system requirements to track and manage sales leads and customer interactions.
- Sales Closure: Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
About the Role:
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car are essential for this position.
- Flexibility in Working Hours: Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm (some flexibility may be possible).
- Field-Based Sales Experience: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools an advantage.
