About the Role:

Agriculture Area Sales Manager sought to cover the North of the UK territory.

Salary: £45,000 basic salary + OTE £95,000.

Benefits: Uncapped commission + Quarterly and annual performance bonuses + International travel opportunities + Company car scheme or allowance (new car every 4 years) + company pension contribution 5% + private health care + death in service x3.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop a high-performing territory with significant growth potential. You will have the chance to work closely with a technically skilled team to provide high-level customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage your own sales strategy to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
  2. Sell high-value machines and turnkey solutions with an average value of £150,000 - £300,000 per machine.
  3. Expand the profitability of existing accounts.
  4. Achieve and exceed financial and volume sales targets through direct sales and relationship management.
  5. Attend exhibitions in national and international locations to promote to new businesses.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EDM industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
