About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving the team's performance and sales volume. This includes maximizing sales of used cars and finance products, as well as promoting excellent customer experiences.

  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maximizing sales volume and profitability of used cars and finance products
  • Developing departmental objectives and collaborating with the Head of Business to enhance the customer journey

Key Requirements:

  • Motor trade experience, preferably in a sales management role at a prestige or premium brand dealership
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance
  • Strong understanding of current motor industry trends and practices

Estimated salary: up to £50,000 + bonus with an OTE in the region of £65,000. Benefits include 26 days holiday, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, life assurance, company pension, and more.
