About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Page Personnel Sales as an HR Administrator and make a significant contribution to our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Key Tasks:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide assistance with employee benefits administration and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee relations issues with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Offer administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Our Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator who has a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role. You should have a strong understanding of the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
