We are seeking a driven Telesales Executive to build relationships with new and existing business customers in the UK and arrange appointments to sell corporate energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise daily with New Business Executives to discuss updates, plans, and targets.
- Qualify companies accurately and ensure decision-makers are reached.
- Call prospects to arrange meetings for NBEs within designated postcode areas.
- Deliver professional sales pitches to convince prospects to meet with NBEs, discussing Kinect Energy's services and products.
- Provide prospects with relevant information in a professional format, showcasing Kinect Energy's services and company history.
- Maintain and update the company database with accurate information daily.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Attend ongoing training and development, regular performance reviews, and monthly one-to-one meetings.
