Salary: Up to £40,000 plus commission (uncapped), estimated total earnings potential of up to £100,000
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Telesales Professional to join our team in central Bradford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base through effective cold calling and lead qualification.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our sales colleagues to identify and qualify potential customers, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- With a focus on results-driven selling, you will be responsible for hitting targets and exceeding expectations.
- A key part of your role will be to stay organized and manage your call-back diaries effectively, ensuring that all leads are followed up promptly.
- You will also contribute to the growth of our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads.
About You:
- You will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- You will be enthusiastic, confident, articulate, and possess great interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
