Regional Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sales Performance Manager to join our team at WeBuyAnyCar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving performance in your region.
Based on market research, the estimated salary for this role is £26,380 - £35,980 per annum, with excellent bonus opportunities based on company performance.
You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days, including weekends. Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars; we will teach you everything you need to know and more at one of our national training centres.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Modeling high-performance behaviors when buying cars while supporting the Regional Manager in driving performance.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers in your local branch.
- Assisting the Regional Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the region and compliance with company procedures.
- Identifying coaching needs of colleagues and providing constructive feedback.
- Reporting any potential threats to the business to your Divisional Manager.
- Setting up diaries/rotas as per company instruction.
