About the RoleIn this critical position, you will be responsible for driving team performance, maximizing sales volume, and developing departmental objectives. You'll work closely with the Head of Business to enhance the customer journey and colleague experience.
- Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales volume and profitability
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Motor trade experience, preferably in a sales management role at a prestige or premium brand dealership
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong understanding of current motor industry trends and best practices
Estimated salary: up to £50,000 + bonus with an OTE in the region of £65,000. Our benefits package includes 26 days holiday, enhanced parental leave, life assurance, and more.
