Selco Builders Merchants, a part of Grafton Group plc, is seeking a Sales Performance Leader to drive sales growth and profitability.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves motivating and inspiring a team of colleagues to achieve exceptional results in customer communication management, sales opportunities, and large-scale projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Motivating and inspiring a team of colleagues to achieve exceptional results
- Driving customer communication management to increase branch sales
- Identifying and exploring all sales opportunities and large-scale projects to maximise sales and margin
- Ensuring compliance with contracted hours (37 or more)
