About the Role

As an HR Administrator at Page Personnel Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR function by managing various aspects of the employee life cycle. Your expertise will contribute to a smooth HR operation and enhance employee satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide assistance with employee benefits administration and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee relations issues with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Offer administrative support to the HR team as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator who has a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role. You should have a strong understanding of the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
