Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, maintaining service standards and acting as a liaison between Residents, Members, Guests, Housemates, and management
  • Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring high levels of service and operational efficiency
  • Serve as the lead supervisor for Resident satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Enhance and reinforce standards while supporting HODs and HouseMates to deliver exceptional service
  • Play a key role in House Mate Engagement, actively taking on the role as an Engagement Champion within the House

Requirements

  • Experience in Guest Service and Satisfaction
  • Hotel operations experience, with specific exposure to Rooms management and guest relations or F&B (desirable)
  • Exceptional people manager who leads by example and is passionate about developing people
  • Strong desire to drive efficiencies through adoption of technical systems
  • Service expert in all areas of a hotel-style operation, focused on positive guest experience
  • Ability to ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Ability to complete food hygiene and environmental health reports
