Adult Care Coordinator

Ivolve Group is looking for an experienced Adult Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care services to adults with diverse needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A RQF Level 2 or above qualification in social care.
- Proven experience working in social care settings.
