Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Female Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health to live fulfilling lives in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support tailored to the individual's needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health to live independently in their own homes
  • Provide practical support with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Assist with medication management, shopping, and health needs
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction, such as cooking, art, or listening to music
  • Support individuals to access community resources and services

Requirements

  • Good general education
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
  • Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve Group
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
  • A commitment to undertake training and development
