About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding role involves supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centered support to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for providing care and support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
