About This Role

This exciting opportunity involves supporting adults with various needs in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Care and Wellbeing Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered support to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Maintaining accurate records of individual's progress and well-being.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss individual's needs and progress.
