We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Social Care Worker to join our team in Halstead, CO9 1LR. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with diverse needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives and achieving their goals and aspirations.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in social care and good general education.
