Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Ivolve Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to adults with varying needs.

Salary: £11.70 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

About the Role
  • You will provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.
  • Empower individuals to flourish in their home environment by enabling them to reach their goals and live fulfilling lives.
  • Deliver practical support, including medication management, shopping, health needs, and hygiene maintenance, while ensuring a safe and tidy living space.
Requirements
  • Good general education
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
  • Commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
  • A commitment to undertake training and development
