About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enablement Manager to join our team at Marketo, an Adobe Company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales teams by developing and delivering an enablement strategy for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver specialized enablement programs with a focus on the EMEA-based sales roles to win each stage of the sales process.
- Correlate adoption of enablement with positive sales results and provide regular metrics in quarterly business reviews.
- Align with local sales leadership to ensure successful partnerships across the region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales or sales enablement leadership, preferably in a large corporate environment.
- Proven success in a customer-facing sales role and exceptional experience crafting and performing training strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
