About the Role

This senior-level position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in sales enablement and operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a global team of 6, comprising 3 Sales Enablement Managers and 3 Revenue Operations Managers.
  • Develop and execute departmental/regional sales plans aligned with company goals, focusing on yield optimization initiatives to maximize revenue or minimize cost.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators, collaborating with regional leaders, FP&A, and BI to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Drive yield initiatives across the global business.
  • Champion product adoption for mature publisher and advertiser products.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive global sales training programs, including onboarding, basic and advanced sales skills, industry-specific training, and new product/feature rollouts.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Annual Regional Sales Kickoff events, working closely with cross-functional teams.
