Senior Enablement Manager and Strategic Trainer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enablement Manager to drive the success of our organization in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering an enablement strategy that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales enablement professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. You will be responsible for designing and delivering specialized enablement programs that focus on the needs of our sales teams in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an enablement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales teams.
- Become a trusted advisor to our sales leadership team and provide expert guidance on enablement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or sales enablement leadership roles, preferably in a large corporate environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing enablement strategies that drive sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time).
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year
