About the Role

Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and their families, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and working closely with social workers to deliver effective interventions.

You will also be responsible for liaising with other professionals and agencies to ensure a cohesive approach to care. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will enable you to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
