We are seeking an experienced High-Speed Machining Expert to join our client's prestigious engineering team. As a High-Speed Machining Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, precision-machined components that meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture precision machined components based on detailed job packs and engineering drawings.
- Set and operate multi-axis CNC machines with a variety of controllers, ensuring the highest quality output.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, tooling, and inspection processes for all components produced.
- Extensive experience as a CNC machinist, supported by a recognized level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Expertise in setting and operating multi-axis machining centres.
- Proven experience in machining small batch precision components, preferably within motorsport, aerospace, or a similarly high-demand industry.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
