Job Title:
High-Performance Manufacturing Expert
We are seeking a seasoned High-Performance Manufacturing Expert to lead our production team at Motorsport Network. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and high-quality production of automotive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily/annual volume throughput and contributing to a quality standard.
- Executing lean manufacturing methodologies, such as 5S, continuous improvement, and striving for perfection.
- Providing training and assistance on the build process, understanding its complexities.
- Covering absences within your team and adapting to changing working hours.
- Training and mentoring team members to achieve high-quality working practices.
- Assisting in continuous improvement of production and business processes.
- Taking part in problem-solving activities, analyzing issues, and determining actions.
- Ensuring safe working practices and proper protective equipment usage.
- Demonstrating broad job knowledge of automotive processes and specific skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Good level of knowledge in Microsoft Office packages.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
