High-Tech CNC Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at IO Associates. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality components that meet the highest industry standards. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing cutting-edge technology to produce components for some of the most demanding industries in the world.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming multi-axis CNC machines, ensuring timely and accurate production. They will also be required to maintain detailed records of programs, tooling, and inspection processes for all components produced.
We require an experienced CNC machinist with a recognized level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. Expertise in setting and operating multi-axis machining centres, as well as proven experience in machining small batch precision components within high-demand industries, is essential. Strong offline programming skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems and software are also necessary.
In exchange for their expertise, IO Associates offers a competitive salary of £52,000 - £67,000 per annum based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, car schemes, life insurance, pension contributions, and access to on-site facilities such as a gym and restaurant.
