Advanced Manufacturing Technician

As a CNC Machinist at IO Associates, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, precision-machined components that meet the highest industry standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, setting, operating, and programming multi-axis CNC machines to achieve optimal results.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a CNC machinist, supported by a recognized level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. They will also possess expertise in setting and operating multi-axis machining centres, as well as proven experience in machining small batch precision components within high-demand industries.
Strong offline programming skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems and software are also necessary. The candidate will be able to provide valuable feedback to improve workholding, machining methods, and programs.
IO Associates offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, car schemes, life insurance, pension contributions, and access to on-site facilities such as a gym and restaurant.
